Event Description:
Join Bby J in a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) to hear about their experiences being neurodivergent and queer in their community, while they beat their face (apply makeup)!
Here, they’ll share...
why and how they got into drag
how drag helps them express their identity
pros/cons of being self-employed as a performer
tips for others looking to do drag
things that they would want to tell their younger self
... and more - while giving fun makeup tips! Near the end, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions in our Q&A period.

About Viability:
Viability is a neurodiverse team working to co-create brighter futures with neurodivergent people and allies, build community, and transform workplaces, schools, and our broader society in ways that support everyone.
Having operated in a disability space for 4 years, we have grown to offer a range of services including mentoring, leadership programming, recreational programming, educational workshops, process consulting and community events.
Our approach is one that centres justice over equality, where we aim to address the root causes of systemic barriers that limit neurodivergent people's participation.
